Our History

LTC Construction, Inc. was founded in 2015 by Chris Huppe in Roseville, CA. We bring years of expertise and a passion for transforming homes. With a rich history that traces back to Huppe Landscape—an $8M+ company established in 1988—we’ve built a solid foundation in the construction and landscaping industry.

After taking a brief retirement in 2008, Chris couldn’t stay away for long. In 2015, he returned to his roots and launched LTC Construction, Inc., focusing on providing quality home renovations, pool construction, remodeling, and landscaping services across the Greater Sacramento area.
